- FISC, NNSY Maritime Industrial Branch, Hampton Roads Division, has a requirement to procure one (1) each Equipment Servicing Stand (ESS) to be manufactured In accordance with Norfolk Naval Shipyard drawings, Attachment (A). Complete specifications will be provided with solicitation which will be issued on 2/19/10. Award will be firm-fixed priced utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The applicable NAICS classification is 332312 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The request for quote number is N00189-10-T-E010. Response Date for submission of offers is 3/01/10, 2:00 p.m. local time. TELEPHONE AND/OR FAX REQUESTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED AND WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Requests for copies of solicitation package and offers relative to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to norma.rogers@navy.mil. Important Notice: DFAR 252.204-7004 REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. NOTE: Even though offerors may express interest in the procurement under the Interested Vendors List in FEDBIZOPPS; in order to receive the solicitation package, all interested parties must contact the PCO (N.
