- Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation - F3B7CS0048AN01, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are not currently available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Whirlpool Fridge Freezers. Funds are not currently available for this requirement. //CLIN 0001: 40 EA x Whirlpool Fridge Freezer, Model WBE 3321 NFW in White. Delivery 30 days after receipt of order. //CLIN 0002: Shipping to RAF Alconbury, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 4DA, United Kingdom. Delivery 30 days after receipt of order.. Please price accordingly. //Note for Vendors: This requirement is only for planning purposes and may or may not be funded at a later date and time. // The clause at FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration applies to this solicitation //The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. ADDENDA - If Offeror cannot meet delivery date, please provide the earliest date that can be expected.
