- This publication serves as notice of intent to procure software maintenance and licensing agreements for the U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Aircraft Operations Center (AOC), located at MacDill AFB, FL on a sole source basis with Flight Watch International Corporation. The government intends to acquire the software maintenance and licensing agreements under the authority of FAR Part 13, 106-1(b). The government intends to issue a fixed price purchase order to Flight Watch International Corporation for maintenance and licensing of the software "Flight Watch". Flight Watch International is the proprietary owner of the management software of "Flight Watch" used by AOC. This is a small purchase acquisition over $25,000.00. The performance period is 3/20/2010 through 12/19/2010 with one option period of 12/20/2010 through 12/19/2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive responses. However, all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the government. Responses can be faxed to Sharon Clisso at (816) 274-6816 or sent via email to Sharon.Clisso@noaa.gov. A determination by the government not to compete the acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. DOC, Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City Office requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). No award can be made to a company not registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register, all offerors must have a Dunn & Bradstreet Number. A Dunn & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dunn & Bradstreet on-line at http://www.dnb.com/eupdate or by phone at (800) 333-0505.
