Description

J & A This notice is for informational purposes only and supplement to notice F3E3650005A001 posted on 1/11/2010. The 23 CONS has awarded a purchase order firm fixed price purchase order to the ANCO Division of Chem-Aqua, the equipment and installation of a chilled water chemical treatment system for a 120 person BRAC Dormitory at Moody AFB. This award was made with the justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements).
