- Amendment 2 - SF30 *RECOVERY* AMENDMENT #2 This amendment to the solicitation, due to the amount of snow and inaccessibility to the job site is to: 1) Amend Section 13 of the Solicitation (SF1442), extending the Bid Due date. Bids are now due April 2, 2010 by Noon EST. 2) Amend Section L of the Solicitiation, announcing a second pre-bid meeting, scheduled for March 23, 2010 at the Wayah Bald site at 1pm. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged Wayah Bald - From Hurricane Creek travel back toward Franklin on US 64. Turn Left onto State Road 1442 (at Mt. Hope Church) and then another left onto State Road 1310 for approx. 9 miles and turn right onto National Forests System Road # 69 at the Wayah Gap.
