- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island (NUWCDIVNPT) is soliciting for the procurement of DT-369 Hydrophones and repair services to the DT-369 Mounts. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-10-R-1820. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items:CLIN 0001 Hydrophone DT-369 Qty. 5Period of Performance is 180 days from Receipt of OrderCLIN 0002 Hydrophone DT-369 Mount Repair Qty. 5Period of Performance is 90 days from Receipt of Order F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. NUWCDIVNPT intends to place a fixed price purchase order with Argotec, Inc. Argotec Inc. is the sole manufacturer and repair activity of the DT-369 Hydrophone and has been the sole provider of these units since their initial design. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the government. Telephone requests will not be honored. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offers must be submitted to Commercial Acquisition Department, Building 11, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Code 11912, Simonpietri Drive, Newport, Rhode Island 02841-1708 or may be faxed to 401-832-4820.
