- The IRS requires the services of a commercial contractor to provide shuttle service for IRS employees located at 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas to 20 separate parking facilities and area transit stops located within an approximate six block radius of the building. The contractor shall provide an 18-24 passenger bus that is wheel chair accessible. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, personnel, supervision, maintenance, fuel, signs, uniforms, and operating supplies, etc. as needed to provide safe shuttle service five days per week, 6:00 pm to 2:00am, Monday through Friday, 52 weeks per year, except Federal holidays and other non-work days observed by the Federal Government. This service is set aside for small businesses for commercial services. However, preference will be given to SDVOSB and HubZone small businesses. The NAICS code is 485113 or 485999. An order will be issued under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.5, Commercial Item, Test Program. The solicitation will be available on or about February 23, 2010. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR).
