- PLAN TRUSTEE AGREEMENT Questions and Answers 2/19/2010 Proposal Requirements: The contractor shall conduct research on the Fidelity Bond and Fiduciary Insurance industry and make three policy recommendations. Each recommendation should include: •· detailed information about the recommended firm (Industry Standings) •· Fidelity Bond and Fiduciary Insurance coverage amounts, deductibles and the risks associated with recommended coverage and deductibles, and premium costs. The proposal shall also include past performance information for the contractor submitting the proposal and should include: •· Description of the policy provided; •· Point of Contact for the policy holder The technical/cost proposal shall not exceed 20 pages. The synopsis/solicitation closing date has been extended to 2:00 PM, February 26, 2010 EST. The period to submit questions has been extended to 2:00 PM, Febraury 23, 2010. Questions and their answers received to date are attached.
