- Contractor shall two personnel, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the following work at the VA Medical Center, Providence, RI: Prepare statements of charges on Form UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 for all reimbursable insurance from health insurance companies for inpatient and/or outpatient visits, Processing claims through the e-Medicare Remittance Advice solution to allow for proper payment authority, Processing all billable claims through the Electronic Claims Interchange solution, Follow up on all claims that fail audit through the National Payer Audit Module. The claims appear on the Claims Status Awaits Resolution listing. This listing must be worked on a daily basis in order to maximize revenue for the facility. All work shall be performed at the Eagle Square Annex at 589 Atwells Ave, Providence, RI 02908. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 541219 and the size standard is $8.5 (millions of dollars). Period of performance for award is March 15, 2010 thru September 30, 2010 with a maximum number of hours performed being 2,880. The solicitation package will be available on or about February 26, 2010. The date for receipt of quotation is scheduled for March 5, 2010 at 12:00 noon.
