It is being released as a Pre-Solicitation notice so interested parties can plan accordingly. The Government shall release a written Solicitation as set forth by the contract milestones detailed below that will contain all relevant requirements documents such as: Project Plans, Construction and Material Specifications, Storm Water Prevention Pollution Plans, Drawings, Major Items of Work and the Bid Schedule. This Synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to a final acquisition approach.
