For evaluation purposes, line 6 (fuel) on Form 7468A must include the number of Gallons ONLY; The cost per gallon and total cost should be set at zero($0.00). (See the Fuel Management Program document). Fuel gallons will be considered when doing our analysis. Every document in Proposal Submission Package must be completed and returned.
