Description
The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville (FISCJAX) in support of Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), has an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement for the purchase and delivery of bulk Divers Grade Oxygen, Helium, Nitrogen and other industrial gases to Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center located in Panama City Florida. The major specifications of the gases are as follows: 1.1OXYGEN - Estimated annual usage is 184,000 SCF (standard cubic feet). It is estimated NDSTC will require four deliveries per year at approximately 46,000 SCF per delivery. 1.2HELIUM - Estimated annual usage is 135,000 SCF It is estimated NDSTC will require two to three deliveries per year at approximately 45,000 SCF per delivery. 1.3NITROGEN - Estimated annual usage is 135,000 SCF It is estimated NDSTC will require two to three deliveries per year at approximately 45,000 SCF per delivery. 1.4CARBON DIOXIDE - Carbon Dioxide- CO2 used for pool maintenance requires a regular monthly fill service set up on an automatic schedule. NDSTC will require one Micro-bulk-tank (2000 liter) to be delivered to the Pool Maintenance Supervisor at the lay down area next to the facility pool. Expected usage for CO2 is approximately 30,200 SCF per month. 1.5ARGON - NDSTC requires this gas in two different sizes. The first size (UN1006) which is Argon Industrial size 200cuft bottles has an expected annual usage of 12 bottles. The smaller size Argon is in the 80 cuft bottle with an expected annual usage of 4 bottles per year. NDSTC will swap out the larger 200 cuft bottles at delivery. The 80 cuft bottle will need to be purchased for the first delivery and swap out there after. 1.6ACETYLENE - Require (UN1001) compressed Acetylene with an expected annual usage is 12 bottles per year (3600 SCF). Require delivery and exchange at time of delivery. 1.7PROPANE - Require (UN1978) 32 lb. cylinders with an expected annual usage at 84 bottles per year (2688 SCF). Require delivery and exchange at time of delivery. Written requests may be emailed to derek.devine@navy.mil.
