- 1) This will be an Unrestricted RFP. 2) Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. 3) Purchase Requisition Number 0024882132 4) NSN: 5850-01-568-5375 - Item Description: Housing Section, Signal Light 5) Sole Sourced Acquisition: Navistar Defense – CAGE 338X5, Part Number 3688640C92 6) End Item Application: MRAP 7) The RFP is expected to result in a firm-fixed contract for 658 Housing Sections. 8) Unit of Issue: Each 9) Delivery 180 days after receipt of award. 10) Cost and Price Data will be requested. 11) FOB and I/A Destination. 12) The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
