- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. The proposed procurement is being made under the A-E IDIQ Contract for the primary geographical area of the greater St. Louis Metro Area including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri, and the state of Missouri east of Columbia, Missouri. ***ONLY the contractor listed is permitted to submit proposals for this modification: TeamFour Architects., 14 North Newstead Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63108. *** The estimated award date is February 19, 2010. The FSC code is C211. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541310 (Architectural Services) and the size standard is $4.5 Million. Estimated amount of this modification to this task order is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: mechanical design with advanced metering, EMCS upgrades and HVAC upgrades. The work order also provides for construction administration services and for record document preparation. The work will be performed at the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce St, St. Louis, MO 63103.
