- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W927N-08-D-0006 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) has issued Task Order 23 under Contract W9127N-08-D-0006 for Abernathy Creek Tidal Restoration Feasibility Study. USACE - Portland, in partnership with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, will conduct a feasibility study of the ecosystem restoration needs and opportunities within the tidal reaches (RM 0.0-0.56) of Abernathy Creek. The purpose of the feasibility study is to investigate and recommend appropriate solutions, through conceptual analysis, providing comprehensive planning, engineering and environmental background to accomplish ecosystem restoration. The Contractor will develop an Implementation Document.
