- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91243-10-T-0007 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38. This is a total small business set aside and the NAICS code is 722310. Factors that will be considered during evaluation are past performance and price, to obtain the best value for the government. It would be appreciated if all bidders include a list of references with your proposals. Pricing is due no later than 10:00 AM CST on Tuesday, 2 March 2010. Contractor shall have an active CCR registration at time of award date (www.ccr.gov).
