- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The work required under this solicitation is to provide refuse collection services at Eufaula Lake, Eufaula, Oklahoma. This acquisition is being advertised as a Commercial Item under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is restricted to 100% set-aside small business. Prospective contractors may access this solicitation on http://www.fbo.gov website to download the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors must be registered and current with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government contract. It is the contractor's responsibility to check for posted changes to this solicitation. No corrections and/or changes to quote will be allowed after the due date. Any questions contact Linda E.
