- In Response to RFP VA248-09-RA-0537 a contract has been awarded. The contract is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract issued in response to RFP VA248-09-RA-0537. The contract shall consist of a Base Award period of one (1) calendar year and two (2) one year option periods. The total contract period to include options shall not exceed 3 years. Individual Task Orders shall range from $100,000 up to $2,000,000. The total dollar value of individual Task Orders shall not exceed $15,000.000. A total of three (3) contractors have been selected for award. 1. SDVOSB Group 2. J.A.M. Construction Service 3. Brigadier Construction Services, LLC. The SDVOSB Group will be awarded the "Seed Project" the Construction of the Medical Gas Building in the amount of $338,405.00
