- Description
- The U.S. House is interested in acquiring the services of a contractor to install new and remove the existing carpet, carpet tile, and padding in Member suites/offices. The replacement of the carpet will take place during the upcoming move cycle, which begins on November 1, 2010 through January 15, 2011. The contractor must provide storage from delivery to final installation for broadloom carpet and carpet tile. The contractor will not be responsible for the purchase of these items. The successful offeror shall provide comprehensive services and staff to encompass all aspects of the project. This RFP and all related documents and amendments, if any, are available electronically through the following website www.house.gov/cao-opp/currentsol.shtml. Interested parties can obtain a copy of this RFP by accessing the above website. Questions will be received until 12:00 PM Eastern Time on March 1, 2010. Written responses to all questions will be released in the form of an amendment to the solicitation. The deadline for receipt of proposals is March 25, 2010. No verbal telephone requests for the solicitation package will be honored.
