- End Item Application: NSN: 4030-00-278-0715. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Shackle. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1G item in accordance with (I/A/W/), Basic Drawing NR 19207 10944788. This is a critical application item. Production Lot Testing is required. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 168 each, Option Year EAD: 168 each. Delivery 56 days ARO: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This procurement will be issued using full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 19, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
