- RECOVERY - This Notice Is Provided For Informational Purposes Only. This opportunity is available to contractors under Federal Supply Schedule 84 ( Total Solutions for Law Enforcement, Security, Facilities Management, Fire, Rescue, Special Purpose Clothing, Marine Craft, and Emergency/Disaster Response) and SIN 246 42 2 ( Facility Management Systems - (Including Accessories and Repair Parts. Computerized Systems for Surveillance, Monitoring, Controlling, Signaling and Reporting Multiple Functions. Energy and Facility Management Functions and Services, Building Automation Control systems (including lighting, HVAC controls and sensors), Building Comfort Systems (including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, chillers) and SIN 246-51 Includes Installation which requires construction. This is not a notice for solicitation or offers. The purpose of this acquisition is to upgrade the Energy Management System (EMS) and replace light fixtures at the E. Ross Adair Federal Building & USCH in Fort Wayne, Indiana, which will allow for greater temperature and humidity control and more sophisticated control strategies. The EMS system will be upgraded to control the operation and sequencing of the heat pump system. Additionally, the project requires more energy efficient fixtures, lamps and ballasts. The overall project scope is to increase the energy efficiency of the building, thereby lessening its energy consumption. The resultant delivery order will be awarded to a contract holder of the subject Federal Supple Schedule (FSS) #84, SIN 246 42 2 and SIN 246-51. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code of 238220 and Federal Supply Code (FSC) Z111.
