- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Special Computing, Scottsdale, AZ, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and FAR 6.302-1 for commercial technical engineering support for the EARS Project - CPU upgrade of a component designed and manufactured by the proposed source. This requirement is anticipated to be a Time & Materials (T&M) type purchase order in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. The applicable NAICS is 541330 and FSC R425. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price on or about 19 March 2010. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Notes 22.
