- SHACKLE / XEA / COMPUTER BALLISTIC, MORTAR M-23/ NSN: 4030-01-391-9599 NSN: 4030-01-391-9599, SHACKLE. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR currently DOES NOT have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. First Article Test is required. Contractor Testing. 5 units to be submitted for testing. FAT delivery is 129 DAYS ARO; Government Evaluation is 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF UNITS; Production Delivery with Fat is 129 DAYS AFTER FAT APPROVAL; Required delivery is 288 days. This NSN is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price. Solicited Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 03/08/2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
