- On or about February 22, 2010, the Government will issue a solicitation for the procurement of 13.8 kV switchyard station service switchgear, 13.8 kV powerhouse station service switchgear, and double ended lineups of 480 V switchgear with four dry-type 2 MVA, 13.8-480 V substation transformers. Items are being procured for the Garrison Power Plant in Riverdale, North Dakota. The solicitation will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Commericial Item Supply Request for Quote and will be awarded on the basis of a best value evaluation of factors such as, but not limited to, price, past performance, technical acceptability and schedule.
