- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS CURRENTLY UNDER THE HHS PROGRAM SUPPORT CENTER TASK ORDER CONTRACTS. The purpose of this task order is to carry out the Aging Services Technology Study mandated in Section 13113(c) of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) (Public Law 111-5). The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will use this study to produce the Secretary’s Report to Congress on Aging Services Technology, mandated in the same section of the ARRA. The report is due to Congress by February 2011 (two years after the date of the enactment of ARRA).
