- Reference Pre-Solicitation Notice number W911SR-09-R-0019 posted 19 August 2009 identifying an upcoming requirement to acquire services to conduct training and fielding support for all fielded and developmental Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) respiratory equipment to include the M50 and M51 Joint Service General Purpose Mask (JSGPM), the M52 Joint Service Chemical Environment Survivability Mask (JSCESM), the M53 Chemical Biological Protective Mask, the MPU-5 and 6 Rotary Wing Joint Service Aviation Mask (JSAM), and the MBU-25 and 26 Fixed Wing JSAM masks. The notice is posted to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) and change the number from W911SR-09-R-0019 to W911SR-10-R-0009 for this requirement. The US Army RDECOM has established a page on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Interactive Business Opportunities Page IBOP) website to allow electronic posting of the RFP and all attachments. All parties interested in this acquisition are invited to access information from the IBOP website at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. You may access this acquisition by selecting RDECOM Acquisition Center under the heading Army Pre-Award. You can register for a user ID and Password under Support Services, New User Registration on the left side of the screen. Please utilize (732) 427-1663 or (410) 417-0030 numbers for IBOP Help Desk for assistance. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Electronic submission of proposals WILL NOT be utilized for this acquisition. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including any amendments issued should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the IBOP website on a regular basis for any updates to these documents. Other documents, as necessary, will be posted when available. All inquiries and responses to this requirement should include the RFP number W911SR-10-R-0009. Please submit, in writing all questions pertaining to this RFP to Valerie Bryant, Contract Specialist at valerie.bryant@us.army.mil. Questions will not be accepted after 16 March 2010 and will not be answered by telephone.
