- RECOVERY-THIS IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED CONTRACTS UNDER THE GSA FEDERAL SCHEDULE 056 SUBUNIT 361 10H. BLM has a requirement for 2 Waterless Vault Restrooms to be delivered to the Saint George Field Office in St. George, UT. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
