- The OPIS prices for escalator clausesis used in a number of fuels contracts and is a recurring requirement. Each location and fuel is evaluated against one other price service in order to determine the best reflection of each market. The OPIS subscription database allows instant access to over 20 years of spot pricing for gasoline, diesel, and LP prices for all key U.S. markets and more than 10 years of gasoline and diesel rack prices for over 360 racks, anytime and anywhere; twenty-four hours a day and 7 days a week. This high-speed system performs the calculations and scanning trends over days, weeks, months and years across the U.S. right from any installation's computer.
