- A. The Total Army Communications-Southwest Asia and Central Asia (TAC-SWACA) solicitation (W91RUS-09-R-0030) has been renamed and shall further be referred to as the Operations, Maintenance, and Defense of Army Communications-Southwest Asia and Central Asia (OMDAC-SWACA). B. The Information Technology E-Commerce Commercial Contracting Center-West (ITEC4-W) has been renamed due to internal organizational changes, and shall further be referred to as the National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC). Please ensure that all future correspondence includes the new contracting office name. C. The anticipated timeframe for release of the OMDAC-SWACA Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) is mid-to-late March 2010. The Pre-Solicitation Conference is estimated for early April 2010. Further details regarding the acquisition timeline and conference details will be updated through the FEDBIZOPPS website. The Government requests that industry utilize this website as their source for obtaining updates regarding this solicitation.
