- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HQ, USAINSCOM would like to request a proposal for, Hitachi-AMS Systems and USP-V Systems Maintenance, in accordance with the attached SF 1449 Solicitation for Commercial Items. Review the attached SF 1449 Solicitation for Commercial Items and provide all information that is being requested in each of the appropriate blocks ( i.e. OFFEROR TO COMPLETE BLOCKS 12, 17, 23, 24 AND 30) as well as provide your pricing information for each CLIN/Item Number on the SF 1449 Solicitation for Commercial Items. Provide your quotation electronically via email, no later than 10:00am, EST, February 26, 2010. All quotations that are received after the due date and time will not be considered. *Ensure you note all large volume and quantity discounts. **Note: This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
