- 2010 LOWMAN TYPE 5 THINNING CERTIFICATION TSE. THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED IN APPROXIMATELY 10-15 DAYS. The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to contract for technical forestry services to conduct the field phase of Timber Stand Exam Data Collection following the Common Stand Exam (CSE) procedures. The stand exam will provide the Government with natural resource information for forested and other lands at an intensity required for management decisions on the Lowman Ranger District, Boise National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies and incidentals to complete the project. The estimated start date is June 1, 2010 with a completion date of September 30, 2010. NAICS CODE: 115310, $7.0 Million
