- Project # 646-10-106, "Fisher House Site Prep" at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive, Pittsburgh PA. This Amendment is to advise that the Solicitation issue date, the pre-proposal conference date and the Deadline for Proposals have been modified. The Solicitation will be issued on or about (o/a) March 3, 2010 to interested parties through electronic data interchange at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov for downloading FREE OF CHARGE. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at the same website. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments from the website. The Pre-Proposal Conference is anticipated within thirty (30) days after Issuance of Solicitation. The Deadline for Proposals is anticipated within forty-five (45) days of Issuance of Solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency if received timely. Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov, shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov and be registered at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov prior to award of a contract.
