- MODFICATION TO THE PREVIOUS SOLICITATION W912LA-10-T-0009. This modification corrects the requirement of submitting a quote for personnel services that includes full medical benefits and vacation. Quotes must be submitted in accordance with SCA regulations pertaining to medical benefits and vacation time. Also, part 13 of each Statement of Work includes guidelines regarding Comp time, and Comp time will not be authorized. Any overtime accrued must be paid in accordance with SCA guidelines. All other solicitation elements remain unchanged.
