- The FCC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with CT Summation,A Division of CT Corporation Systems,425 Market Street, 7th Floor,San Francisco, CA 94105 for 20 licenses of their CT summation enterprise software that includes iBlaze and CT summation WebBlaze. This includes 12 months of maintenance, migration toolkit, network and summation administer training, and end-user training. The software is proprietary software created and developed by CT Summation. The software's comprehensive feature set allows you to import, search, review, analyze, cull and produce your documents. The software handles all types of discovery including images, scanned documents, emails, eDiscovery, transcripts, native documents video, and more. The software ‘s browser-based briefcase production set allows users to create and export a subset of documents. The transcript management features allow users to work with synchronized video files, have viewing and clip creation options and realtime capability. With the software, email attachments are automatically searchable. The software allows the production of eDocs and emails in native format. Summation's OCR size limit is greater than the other products. In addition, the software allows you to "OCR on the fly" and has a built-in image viewer allowing the user to view the document and associated image on the same screen simultaneously. CT Summation's Maintenance Agreement provides toll-free product support (Monday - Friday 6 AM - 6 PM PST) and version upgrades to the software on an annual basis. CT Summation is the sole source for software version upgrades. All software users in CT Summation's Annual Maintenance Program will be provided with free version upgrades as they are released throughout the year. CT Summation is the sole provider of the Maintenance Agreement and the services provided by said agreement.
