- Description
- AERIAL APPLICATION OF TUSSOCK MOTH BIOCHEMICAL - Okanogan & Wenatchee National Forests, Washington State. Contractor shall supply transportation/delivery of virus carrier and aerially apply, by helicopter, Virus Formulation for suppression of Douglas fir Tussock Moth on approximately 10,000 net acres of forestlands of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Contractor shall also be responsible for locating treatment boundaries with GPS coordinates and for providing contractor monitoring quality control flights. Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and supplies, except those provided as Government -furnished property and services, to perform these services in accordance with the technical specifications. The acreage's for application are estimates, final acreage will be determined prior to release of spray blocks for application/treatment. This project is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Solicitation will be posted to this FBO website on approximately March 8, 2010.
