- Description
- The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Pasadena Seismology Office, has a requirement for three (each) GPS handheld units, eight (each) GPS timing units and one (each) total station. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a delivery order using GSA Federal Supply Schedule's E-Buy, Reference RFQ 439545. Full funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required.
