- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Required are Hotel Accommodations for approximately 80 Adults and 60 children for a total of 40 ea rooms, 80 adults w/double Occupancy beginning with Dinner on 25 Feb 2020 and ending with Breakfast on 28 Feb 2010. Also additionally One day Youth JFK Child care program 40 ea for 2 days 1/2 youth JFK Child Care program 40ea, 1 day KNO night out Child Care program. 40ea Youth meals (AGE 5-12) 3 days breakfast and 2 days dinner, (15ea) youth meals (AGE 13-UP) 3 days breakfast and 2 days dinner, (15ea) youth meals (AGE 13-UP) 3 days breakfast and 3 days dinner. Also included will be a Conference area/equipment with capacity for approx. 80 people and some limited supplies. Toddler Child care for Married Couple Child Youth Services (CYS) Todler Child Care during Married Couples Retreat for the 421st MMB (25-28 Feb 2010). (20ea) 1 day just for TOTs full day program. (20ea) 1 day Just for TOTs evening program. (20ea) 2 day just for TOTs 1/2 day program.
