- PRE-SOLICTATION NOTICE FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT TO DESIGN AND BUILD 1200 PRE-PLACED CRYPTS AT THE CHATTANOOGA NATIONAL CEMETERY The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to 38 USC 8127(c ) and Public Law 109-461. Contractor shall provide all professional services to include all supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform and complete all design/build construction work on the crypts located at the Chattanooga National Cemetery, Chattanooga, Tennessee, in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions herein COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance period is approximately 150 calendar days from date of receipt of Notice To Proceed. NAICS CODE: 237990 SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 Million METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UNDER PL 109-461 TO A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS.
