- RECOVERY Solicitation No. W9124M-10-B-0005, the contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, tools, insurance, transportation and supervision to repair and renovate building 1840 at Fort Stewart, Georgia in accordance with all terms and conditions specified in the solicitation. This acquisition is set-aside for SBA certified Service-Disabled Veteran firms. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 236220. The magnitude of the requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. There will be ONLY ONE site visit scheduled for this project; it is highly recommended that you attend the site visit. See information about the site visit in the Solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 4, 2010. The estimated closing date is March 24, 2010. The solicitation will not be mailed out. All interested sources must go to https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation, to include specifications and drawings. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. Interested offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any future amendments issued, if any. Interested offerors shall sign copies of any amendments issued and submit with their package. Offerors need to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx prior to submission of proposal. Telephone requests will not be honored.
