- Request for Information: The Joint Project Manager for Bio Defense (JPM BD) is conducting a market survey to identify industrys demonstrated technical capabilities to measure the absolute values of elastic backscatter cross-sections and spectral signatures over a broad range of wavelengths to support the JBSDS Increment 2 effort. The JBSDS program will provide early warning against biowarfare agents. The program will develop and integrate improved bio-standoff sensor technologies for future standoff systems to meet the warfighters requirements. Please see the attached document.
