- By way od clarification the Cover Page. Page (1), applies only to the submission of your Company's response to the solicitation i.e. Technical and Cost proposal. These Three (3) copies of the documents can either be sent electronically by e-mail or should you prefer three copies of your Company's response can be delivered to The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Loading Dock. Section L-Applies only to the Samples. (Please see answer #1 from Offeror I. OFFEROR I Q: Our preferred multimedia/interactive subcontractor for the RFP has work samples posted online. Would it be possible to submit -- as she suggests -- a custom playlist rather than a DVD? A: Offerors may provide web links for AV samples in addition to, or in lieu of, DVD format noted in Section L, Criterion F, Media Design. Offerors must supply all information that is to accompany the AV samples as requested in Criterion F. OFFEROR II Q: 1.
