- The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Centralized Contracting Division, is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No.: VA-786-10-RP-0108 for the following:The contractor shall provide all necessary skilled labor, supervision, tools, and specialized equipment required to support the on-site maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment at the Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, MI 48442, in accordance with Statement of Work and terms and conditions of the contract. Contract period will consist of a base period from Date of Award to September 30, 2010, with up to four (4) one-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2014, if exercised. The NAICS code is 811111. Size standard is $7.0 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). All offerors must be registered at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ and complete online Reps and Certs at https://orca.bpn.gov/. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions regarding the solicitation should be sent via e-mail and addressed to Doug Reed, Contract Specialist, in writing at douglas.reed3@va.gov. No questions will be addressed until the solicitation has been posted. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from the URL address at https://www.fbo.gov on or about February 23, 2010. The Government will only accept questions in writing until March 2, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 3:00pm., Eastern Standard Time (EST), March 9, 2010. Any amendments to the solicitation will be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments at the URL address.
