- The purpose for this project is to renovate the kitchen and dietetic area in building 2 at the Fayetteville, Arkansas campus of the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks. A brief summary of the work is as follows: "Add new central heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. "Remove existing kitchen hood exhaust system and replace with new exhaust and make-up air systems. "Replace windows, ceilings, and lighting. "Abate asbestos floor mastic in one area of offices. "Abate lead paint in the kitchen area. Award is subject to availability of funds. This is NOT a request for proposal.
