- Pr Number: IQC09351009067 FSCs: Various (5305, 5310, 5315, 5320 & 5325) Nomenclature: Screws; Nuts; Nails, Pins, & Keys; and Rivets/Northrop Grumman Restricted Source Items RFP Due Date: March 29, 2010 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 49 Core items and more items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5320-00-103-0727. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 160days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Surge Pricing is included in the solicitation. The offeror must provide a detailed approach for covering S&S requirements in the Capacity Assessment Plan (CAP) and, if required, a Validation/Test Plan. Note: This is a new requirement. Solicitation Clause 52.217-9007 will contain complete details. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: June 18, 2010 Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price. Trade Agreements Act applies.
