- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Systran Corp dva CWC Electronics Systems, Fairborn, OH Clin 0001 1 Ea P/N sb-rm02-r00-AC: 4U Dual SANbric 19" Lab Rackmount Enclosure, includes AC Power Supply (SB-PS-AC-01) and two MIA units 9SB-MIA-02). Clin 0002 1 Ea P/N RHAS-8900-00122 SAN Access Kit for Windows x 86 PCI Express Platforms (4 ch. 8Gbps Optical FC H (legacy 4 & 2Gbps compatible), MSAS RT Lic. & 4pcs 5m Duplex LC cable) Vendor must be Systran Corporation (dba Curtiss-Wright Controls). The government intends to procure the above items under the authority of the 10 USC 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302.1. The government does not own current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A determination by the Government not to open the requirements to competition based upon the response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. However, all proposals received may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responsed to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information received.
