- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Columbus, OH The United States Government seeks to lease quality Class A office space within the following delineated area of Columbus, OH. North: State Road 270 East: State Road 270 South: State Route 40 West: State Road 315 The space should yield 3,423 contiguous usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than the September 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. The location should provide regularly scheduled public transportation and employee parking within convenient walking distance of the offered building sufficient to cover commuting needs of employees. After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area of consideration may be revised to include a smaller geographic area, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. The General Services Administration will not be using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building ownership.
