- Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, will issue a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for an sanitary lift station system to include equipment with installation at the Tuttle Cove Park, Tuttle Creek Lake Project, near Manhattan, Kansas. The NAICS code for this project is 221320 and the size standard is 7 million. This solicitation will be set aside for small business. Vendors will need to go to the AFSI website to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Please note that vendors must currently be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA). Additionally there are some unique reporting requirements relevant to the use of ARRA funds (see FAR 52.204-11 for details). Fax quotes are acceptable.
