- RECOVERY - This procurement is being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The recipient of the award and their first tier subcontractors will be subject to the reporting requirements under Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act. For more information, go to www.recovery.gov and www.federalreporting.gov The work to be performed consists of constructing 3 miles of single land road loops for access to campsites at Gadens Point on Belle Fourche Reservoir. Existing primitive dirt access trails will be improved by stripping existing topsoil, excavating shallow ditches and using the excavated material to construct a new 16-ft wide road subgrade. The compacted subgrade will be covered with 6 inches of aggregate surface course. Ditches and other disturbed ground areas will be covered with minimum 3-inches of topsoil and seeded. The solicitation will be available for viewing at www.fedbizopps.gov on or after March 15, 2010. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for April 15, 2010 at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $250,000 to $500,000. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 237310. The small business size standard is $33.5 Million. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis. Note 1: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration.
