- RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to award a modification to task order, AG-3K15-D-09-0052, for design services to prepare construction plans and specifications for the window replacement at the ARS Robert W. Holley Center for Agriculture and Health in Ithaca, New York. Modification 01 extends the period of performance to allow the A-E firm additional time to complete the Design for Replacement Windows to the Government specifications. Period of Performance is extended through February 1, 2010. This task order was awarded against an existing indefinite quantity contract for A-E Services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) Services.
