- Recovery: This notice is issued for informational purposes only. A modification has been issued to Premier Data Services against order L10PD02312. The modification added approximately 2120 townships to be processed in the same manner as the original 2874 townships identified on the order. Funding in the amount of $273,067.42 has been obligated to fund the additional work. Issuing this modification is in the best interest of the government. Premier Data Services was awarded a previously completed BPA for this type of work. Instead of issuing a new order to Premier Data Services, which we would have done since they are the sole awardee of the BPA, we have elected to modify the existing order to incorporate the additional work.
